Comenzaré con una reflexión personal. «Trabajando en la frontera» tiene para mi un significado personal muy profundo. Desde mi niñez, y hasta bien entrado en una edad más madura, ha marcado mi vida el tener que cruzar fronteras políticas y geográficas, fronteras en su mayor parte hostiles y prohibitivas. Vivo y trabajo en Israel, donde al territorio y espacio les faltan claramente fronteras oficialmente establecidas y reconocidas.
